We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Site and place orders. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Products and Services

Description: We offer custom and ready-made Products designed to preserve and celebrate your memories, including photo albums, frames, 3D prints, caricatures, and prints. All Products are crafted with high-quality materials, but slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes or digital-to-print translations.
Customization: For personalized items (e.g., custom designs or photos), you are responsible for providing accurate files and details. We are not liable for errors in your submissions.
Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any Product without notice.

3. User Accounts
To place an order, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at the.orangebox@outlook.com.

4. Ordering and Payment

Order Process: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
Pricing: Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude taxes, shipping, or duties unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Payment: Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. A 50% advance payment is required for custom orders to initiate production.
Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, GST, and shipping fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Timeline: Albums and custom Products are shipped within 24 hours once ready. Standard delivery times vary by location (typically 5–10 business days across India via our trusted partners).
Coverage: We provide all-India delivery on a priority basis. International shipping may be available upon request—contact us for details.
Packaging: Every Product is thoughtfully packaged with a "Handle with Care" note to safeguard your items during transit.
All shipments are insured.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Track your order via the provided reference.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable due to production commencement.
Returns: Personalized or custom Products (e.g., albums, 3D prints, caricatures) are non-returnable except for defects. Standard Products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition.
Defects and Replacements:
Major Defects: We will replace the Product once, free of charge, upon verification.
Minor Defects: We will repair and reship within 10 working days at no cost.

Process: Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus any non-refundable fees.
No Refunds for Change of Mind: Due to the custom nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with design choices.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty: Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. This does not cover damage from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear.
Disclaimers: The Site and Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
User Content: By uploading photos or designs, you warrant that you own the rights to such content and grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for order fulfillment.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including designs, images, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. We respect third-party IP; report infringements to the.orangebox@outlook.com.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data or profits. This applies even if advised of the possibility.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
